Connections Health Solutions is a behavioral health company that provides crisis stabilization and access to care for anyone needing behavioral health services. We are hiring a Senior Product Development Director who will report to the SVP, Product Development and Implementation. This position will lead the development of products and programs that enhance current business while supporting new growth opportunities through proposals and engagement with key stakehoders that are both internal and external. The Senior Product Development Director will participate in strategic development with executive leadership and for the organization.

• Initiates and leads the design and creation of new business products/programs or the enhancement of existing products/programs
• Completes in-depth research on product and program opportunities nationally in collaboration with the Business Development team
• Works closely with Medical and Clinical leadership on the development of products including clinical workflows and processes and ensures consistent, high-quality project management.
• Develops and manages cross-functional master product project plans, with timelines and budget allocation for viability and implementation
• Responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of product design, documentation and information
• Coordinates program and product activities with collaboration from all departments; as well as with external partners
• Recommends and follows reliable, efficient, and cost-effective procedures.
• Performs feasibility, functional, and quality testing of product(s).
• Supports cross-functional product planning, modeling and forecasting efforts
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and that projects are completed according to established timelines.
• Monitors and communicates progress towards operational and team goals; identifies gaps and risks; and develops mitigation strategies as needed
• Supports and acts as product/program subject matter expert for RFPs
• Ensures productive relationships are established and maintained with both internal and external stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare field
  • 10 years of clinical operations and strategy in healthcare services
  • 5 years of experience leading matrixed and multidisciplinary team projects
  • Strong project and people management skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Licensed Behavioral Health professional
  • Experience reporting to a senior level executive
  • Experience in implementing new healthcare products or programs
  • Specific knowledge of integrated health care systems
